Bacuit Bay is surrounded by inhabited and uninhabited islands and islets. The clear emerald waters are teeming with diverse marine life, home to dugongs, manta rays, school of fish, sea turtles, coral garden, and occasional sharks and whale sharks. There are over 30 dive sites ranging from six to more than thirty meters in depth.
The starting point of all the Bacuit Archipelago island-hopping tours is in the busy beach town of El Nido, now filled with bars, resorts, and restaurants.
You’ll get a snapshot of Bacuit Bay as soon as you arrived in El Nido town. The region used to be a quiet fishing village but due to its stunning beauty, it has understandably exploded into becoming one of the most touristic destinations in South East Asia. We will try our best to give you the best island-hopping tour off the coast of El Nido town away from the crowd of tourists, however, we also request you to have a flexible attitude during your visit and to be open to immersive experiences, after all, Palawan Alternative is all about the journey and not the destination.
