Getting to Know You

Once you establish contact with Palawan Alternative, we’ll make sure to get to know you first in order to serve you better. We’ll find out where you want to go, how you prefer to travel, the duration of your holiday, travel budget, health and diet preferences and how many people would be traveling. We would be interested to know the juicy bits like your passion and interests and the things that make you tick. With all this important information, we’ll then proceed to customize the proposal Palawan itinerary that suits your needs and interests.

Designing the Palawan Itinerary

Your holiday, your design. It just makes sense that you get to have your say. Don’t worry, we’ll assist you every step away in planning a perfect trip for you. Booking Confirmation and Deposit

We’ll begin with confirming the availability of tours, hotels, transportation and other logistics once you give us the final nod of approval for the itinerary. After 24-48 hours, we’ll report back with updates. At this point, we’ll request for a 50% deposit in order to proceed with the reservation process. Once we have received the deposit, we’ll send you the final booking confirmation and invoice. We’ll then continue arranging your personalized trip to Palawan, reserving tours, hotel accommodations, transportation and government permits. We do the booking confirmation in advance so you know what to expect and you don’t have to worry about unexpected last-minute changes.

Preparing for Departure

This is where the excitement begins. You will receive the full Palawan itinerary via email after ensuring everything is in place and all the nitty-gritty details have been taken care of. You’ll get to read day-by-day accounts of all the planned activities, transportation information, hotel names, and guide meeting times. We’ll continue communicating with you by answering your questions, hearing your thoughts, and sending your trip reminders. You don’t have to worry about what to expect as we’ll make sure to send you all the necessary information before your trip, like a packing list, helpful tips, changing money, insurance, and other health precautions. You may choose to pay for the balance before you arrive or via cash in person.

Arrival and Travel Experience

As soon as you arrived, you’ll already get a personalized experience. A Palawan Alternative representative will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel straight away. Once you have comfortably settled, we will go through your itinerary, provide directions and make sure that everything is going as smoothly as possible for you. Now is the time to ask if you have any questions and hesitations. Your guides will give you local tips and take care of all the logistics or any unexpected hurdles you might encounter. A Palawan Alternative representative will also check in every other day to make sure that everything is alright and going as expected. Returning Home

At the point, we hope that you carry with you priceless memories and unforgettable adventures. We’ll do our best to serve you up to the last part of your journey and make sure that your return home is as painless as possible. A Palawan Alternative representative will take you to the airport and make sure that you are comfortably settled in your departing flight. We will still communicate with you upon your return to get feedback about your trip.
